Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to the CIO and Leadership Team, managing day-to-day affairs with high discretion.
- Deliver sophisticated calendar management and draft professional communications, collaborating with leadership on messaging and information flow.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and correspondence, while overseeing the accurate submission of expense reports.
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including team-building activities, client dinners, and special projects to drive strategic goals.
- Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and action items, ensuring responsive and effective experiences across all levels of the organization.
Working hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience specifically within an investment or asset management environment.
- Extensive administrative background with a demonstrated record of success supporting C-suite level professionals.
- Specialized experience in project coordination and managing departmental operations such as onboarding.
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and make recommendations with little guidance.
- A team-oriented approach focused on collective success and the ability to work effectively with other administrative professionals.

4-7 yearsQualifications:
- High-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with vendors and executives.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to rapidly learn company-specific systems.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and phone communication skills, with a commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability as a self-starter to think independently, resolve procedural issues, and evaluate alternatives with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict business deadlines.
