Fountain Valley, CA About the Role As an External Investigations Analyst, you will provide specialized support for TREAD reporting, system testing, and regulatory submissions to NHTSA. This role is critical in ensuring accurate case evaluations, system functionality, and timely submission of required regulatory documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data integrity,pliance processes, and continuous improvement of the TREAD system. Key Responsibilities TREAD ing & Case Evaluation Review and assess reportability of death and injury (D&I) and property damage cases. Review, analyze, and draft D&I inquiry assessments. Ensure proper classification and documentation of cases in alignment with regulatory requirements. System Testing & Validation Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the TREAD system. Validate system functionality, data accuracy, and reporting outputs. Document testing results, defects, and system issues clearly and accurately. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support issue resolution. Regulatory Submissions & Documentation Prepare and review documentation required for NHTSA submissions. Support Recall Portal uploads and ensure submission readiness and accuracy. Maintainanized records of regulatory filings, testing oues, and case documentation. Ensurepliance with established regulatory timelines and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Experience in case management, data review, or issue analysis Ability to work independently within defined scope and deliverables Strong written and verbalmunication skills Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry Familiarity with TREAD reporting and NHTSA regulatory processes Background in legal,pliance, audit, or regulatory environments Experience supporting system testing or UAT activities Click Now for immediate consideration!
