Fence Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental styles, ensuring they are secure, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Your expertise will help enhance property boundaries, privacy, and security for our clients. Responsibilities Measure and mark fence lines accurately according to project specifications and property boundaries Prepare the site by clearing obstacles, leveling ground, and setting concrete footings when necessary Cut and assemble fencing materials using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and post drivers Install fence posts securely in concrete or gravel bases, ensuring proper alignment and stability Attach panels or pickets to posts with nails, screws, or welding techniques as required by the fencing type Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely during installation processes Conduct quality checks throughout the project to ensure fences are straight, level, and meet safety standards Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Requirements Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with a focus on fencing or framing preferred Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, levels, and measuring tapes; experience with power tools is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during material handling and installation tasks Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques for setting fence posts securely in the ground Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols and regulations Skills in masonry or landscape maintenance are a plus for specialized fencing projects involving hardscape elements Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks in outdoor conditions Join our team today to build fences that stand the test of time!
