Job Description
- G/L accountant for Real Estate firm near West LA.
- Please send resume to Eric Herndon for considerationGrowing real estate development firm seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join our small finance team and report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions
- Balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
- Financial statement, consolidation, and cash flow preparation
- CAM reconciliation support
- Audit and tax return support
- Maintain Excel schedules and workpapers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of public accounting experience (Audit, Assurance, or Tax)
- Strong GL, accrual, and financial statement knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred:
- CPA or active CPA candidate
