AP/AR Accountant:
- Lead collections reporting and AP data consolidation for leadership reporting.
- Manage sales and use tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP/AR questions and transaction issues.
- Process and oversee shared expense payments, including legal, insurance, and rent.
- Support multi-entity accounting reporting and compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy as an AP/AR Accountant .
AP/AR Accountant:
- Accounting degree or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in AP/AR accounting functions.
- Hands-on experience with sales and use tax filings.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and reporting.
