AP/AR Accountant Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000
Location:
Arvada, CO. (on-site)

Key Responsibilities for the
AP/AR Accountant:
  • Lead collections reporting and AP data consolidation for leadership reporting.
  • Manage sales and use tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP/AR questions and transaction issues.
  • Process and oversee shared expense payments, including legal, insurance, and rent.
  • Support multi-entity accounting reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy as an AP/AR Accountant .
Qualifications for the
AP/AR Accountant:
  • Accounting degree or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in AP/AR accounting functions.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and use tax filings.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and reporting.
