We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a growing team in Minnesota. This position is well suited for an accounting specialist with a solid foundation in corporate accounting, as well as candidates transitioning from public accounting who are eager to move into an industry role. The ideal candidate will contribute to core financial operations, support accurate reporting, and help maintain the integrity of the general ledger while working across a range of accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead key activities tied to the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries, maintaining complete and reliable accounting records.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to support financial accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Assist with project-related accounting tasks, including tracking costs and supporting financial oversight for ongoing work.
• Review financial data for completeness and accuracy, helping strengthen day-to-day accounting operations.
• Support the preparation of internal reports and schedules used by leadership for business decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function and assist with system-based workflows as needed.
