Advance Resources, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team in Lonsdale, MN . This is a first-shift position (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Candidates must have experience with CNC programming, machine setup, and operation.

Machines:

Haas VF3 Mill Haas SL30 Lathe This is a job shop , so both machines may not be in operation at the same time. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC mill and lathe machines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. Keep the work area clean and organized.

MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.

Qualifications Required:

Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Basic math skills. Good organizational skills. Valid driver's license.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Haas controls. Previous job shop experience. Benefits will be discussed during the interview.
