Reports To:
Corporate Controller Position Summary The Staff Accountant supports the accounting and financial reporting functions by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with the monthly close, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role works closely with finance and operating teams to support business objectives and maintain strong internal controls. Essential Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. Maintain general ledger and fixed asset records. Analyze financial results and investigate variances. Support inventory and manufacturing accounting. Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance activities. Prepare schedules for treasury and financial reporting. Maintain accounting documentation and internal controls. Participate in ERP and process improvement initiatives. Perform other accounting and financial analysis as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience 2-5 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. #CNX200
