This position is ideal for individuals who aspire to independently manage a company's accounting and financial operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities

• Process AP transactions to ensure accuracy and timely recording
• Periodically review AR transactions and AR aging to ensure timely collection and receivables
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliation and inventory valuation
• Perform inventory costing and cost accounting analysis, including monitoring production cost
• Monitor cash flow, prepare bank reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely month end closing process
• Assist with tax filing
• Assist with annual audit support Qualification & Requirements Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related filed Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience Experience in Quickbooks is a must Advanced excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.

) Experience with inventory/cost accounting is a plus Mandarin speaking preferred Compensation $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience Eligible for a performance-based bonus Health insurance, 401(K), paid time off We are able to provide employment visa sponsorship for this role
