Job Summary We're looking for an Accounting Administrator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role handles account updates, paperwork, customer communication, and general administrative support for our team. The right person is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks without losing track of the details. Good communication skills and a steady, practical approach to problem‑solving are important. Your expertise will support the organization's financial health by managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external auditors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team where precision and proactive problem-solving are highly valued. Duties Maintain and update accounting records using and ensuring all transactions adhere to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry regulations. Assist in preparing detailed financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making. Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Support project management initiatives related to financial system upgrades or process improvements. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial information and inquiries. Ensure adherence to financial regulatory compliance and maintain thorough documentation for audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency. Experience Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP. Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, spreadsheet management, and the development of complex financial models. Experience working with financial software systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets. Background in auditing processes, financial regulatory compliance, and tax accounting is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. Employment is contingent upon a background check and E‑Verify verification. This position is working from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
