Pay range is based on hourly plus tips Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system Prepare and serve food items efficiently, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area Food preparation and kitchen support, following proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards Support team members with food service duties including serving, cashiering, and food delivery Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety An inquisitive attitude, constantly seeking to learn and improve. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry is a plus, but will be trained on those principles. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a quick dining setting Experience with food handling, bussing, serving, and supporting kitchen operations is desirable, but not necessary.
