Orkin is seeking a Commercial Branch Manager to lead operations for our commercial pest control services. In this role, you will oversee branch performance, manage and coach field and sales teams, and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery to business customers. You will drive revenue growth, develop local sales strategies, manage budgets, and monitor key metrics. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, training and certifying staff, and partnering with corporate leadership to execute company initiatives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
