Bookkeeper

Overview Join our team at The Gadsden Country Club as a part-time Entry-Level Bookkeeper, where you will play a key role in supporting our club. This position is based in Gadsden, AL, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. Duties Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately. Perform data entry and reconcile accounts to ensure correctness and completeness. Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as required by management. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payments. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Adhere to company policies and accounting principles to maintain financial integrity. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred. Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay:
