We're looking for a Bookkeeper to help with daily accounting tasks and support our Accounting Manager. What You'll Do Reconcile invoice against received inventory Record and maintain bills, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Help track sales from Amazon and other platforms Assist with payroll and basic reporting Keep financial records organized and up to date What We're Looking For 2+ years of bookkeeping experience QuickBooks experience required Basic accounting knowledge (AP, AR, reconciliations) Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets

Bilingual:

English and Korean Strong communication, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
