Accounting Specialist Responsibilities Prepare collections reporting and consolidate AP data for leadership reporting. Process sales and use tax filings across multiple states and jurisdictions. Serve as a resource for regional teams on AP/AR transactions and accounting questions. Process shared corporate expenses, including legal, insurance, rent, and other recurring payments. Support multi-entity accounting activities and compliance initiatives. Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement projects. Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring timely and accurate financial information. Accounting Specialist Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting. Experience preparing sales and use tax filings is strongly preferred. Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and reporting.
