What You'll DoSupport daily accounting and bookkeeping activitiesProcess weekly check runs and assist with account reconciliationsMaintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and subcontractor agreementsEnter inventory pull tickets and manage warranty transactionsAnswer phones, greet customers, and provide administrative supportManage mail, filing, and general office operationsAssist with special projects and other accounting-related dutiesWhy Join Us?
