Job Description
Satellite Shelters is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to support our finance team in a fast-paced modular building business. In this role, you will assist with invoice entry, 3-way matching, coding, and verification, help reconcile vendor statements, and research and resolve discrepancies. You'll maintain accurate files, support month-end close tasks, and partner with operations and purchasing teams. This internship offers hands-on experience with AP systems, exposure to real estate and modular leasing transactions, and opportunities to build analytical, Excel, and ERP skills in a collaborative, safety-focused culture.
