/ CONTROLLERHelp Drive the Financial Growth of Trophy Auto Lounge South Amboy, New Jersey Trophy Auto Lounge is expanding, and we're seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Bookkeeper / Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing used-car dealership. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the numbers, understands business operations, and can help management maintain strong financial controls as we continue to scale. Key responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial records. Track vehicle purchases, inventory costs, and sales transactions. Reconcile vehicle deals, lender funding, and outstanding receivables. Manage floorplan accounting and reconciliations, if applicable. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Assist with payroll, commissions, and expense tracking. Maintain accurate records for the dealership's sales and service departments. Coordinate with outside accountants and tax professionals. Help management improve financial processes and internal controls. Ideal candidate Automotive dealership accounting experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities. Experience with QuickBooks, dealership management systems, inventory accounting, and automotive financial reporting is a plus. We're looking for someone who can grow with the company and become a key part of our management team.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
