Founded in 1997, ACI is a nationally licensed, full-service, Third-Party Administrator providing enrollment, fulfillment, and claims processing services for various insurance lines in the medical claims industry.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Carry out premium posting, commission payments and reporting activities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:Responsibilities:
1. Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price difference, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts timely and accurately. 2. Maintain up-to-date billing system. 3. Allocation of payments. 4. Maintaining thorough, well organized accounts receivable customer files. 5. Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. 6. Maintain accounts receivable customer files. 7. Investigate and resolve customer queries. 8. Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally 9. Responsible to uphold all company policies, procedures, and HIPAA guidelines 10. Responsible to complete other miscellaneous accounting tasks depending on the immediate needs of the department. 11. Responsible to attend all Departmental staff meetings as requiredRequirements:
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
