Job Description

Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Collections Specialist in Greenville, SC. This is a contract opportunity, offering a Hybrid work schedule and a chance to expand your experience. Pay:
$ 20.00/hr
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) Monday/Friday Remote. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in office Weekly Paycheck Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage a portfolio of accounts, assessing receivables and prioritizing work to meet objectives. Analyze accounts to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and develop solutions to improve outcomes. Plan and execute weekly customer outreach, documenting progress and providing status updates. Partner cross-functionally to resolve account issues and negotiate resolutions within scope of authority. Perform core AR tasks including reconciliations, credit holds/releases, statements, dunning, and bad debt recommendations. Handle customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain accounts (short-pays, chargebacks, credit memos, payment issues). Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED, Bachelors Degree preferred 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including a foundational understanding of AR processes such as invoicing, aging, and cash application 1+ years of credit/collections experience preferred Must have experience with SAP Accounts Receivable Intermediate Excel sills

Pay Details:
