This is a field-based role focused on customer satisfaction, quality assurance, contractor management, and problem solving . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in ensuring services are delivered at the highest level. If you have experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, property management, hospitality operations, or another multi-location service business, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As an Account Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers while ensuring service partners consistently meet expectations.
Duties include:
Conduct routine inspections of commercial client locations Ensure services are delivered according to client expectations and contract specifications Build strong relationships with facility managers Respond quickly and professionally to customer concerns and service requests Partner with independent contractors labor teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality Support new account startups and ensure smooth service implementation Monitor contractor performance and hold service providers accountable to company standards Recommend contractor assignments and performance improvements Communicate operational issues and customer concerns to leadership Follow City Wide operational policies, service standards, and quality assurance procedures What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? The most successful Account Compliance Managers are: Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communicators who build trust with customers and contractors Comfortable working independently in the field Detail-oriented and able to identify issues before customers do Responsive, proactive, and solutions-focused Skilled at handling difficult conversations professionally Motivated by providing exceptional customer service and operational excellence
Minimum Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of supervisory, management, or operations leadership experience Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business technology Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and visit multiple customer locations Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent walking, standing, and facility inspections
