The Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the QMS and LMS processes. This role ensures employees have the resources, training, and controlled documentation needed to demonstrate competence and to meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. It also ensures that documented information is controlled, current, accessible, and protected, and that training and qualification processes effectively support the implementation and ongoing performance of the Quality Management System. This role guides day-to-day work within the training and document control function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Based on input from Leadership, maintain and update training plans to ensure all employees have accurate and current training records aligned with job requirements. Partner with supervisors and cell leaders to ensure training is delivered consistently, documented correctly, and updated promptly when processes or requirements change. Monitor compliance with training requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions. Document Control Manage the document control system and ensure all controlled documents are maintained, secured, updated, and distributed correctly. Manage revision control, document workflows, and controlled access in accordance with governing regulations/standards. Ensure timely implementation of document changes and communication of updates to affected personnel. Audit Support Participate in internal audit activities and support follow up actions. Support corrective and preventive actions related to training, documentation, and compliance. Continuous Improvement Support with 5S activities Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to training, documentation, and quality systems. Other related duties as assigned. QMS Management Maintain permissions and user access Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Associate's degree in business or training/compliance preferred. 3+ years of related work experience including experience with training systems, quality systems or document control in a regulated or process-driven environment. Advanced knowledge in training documentation, SOPs, and competency-based training methods. Ability to work as part of a cross functional team. Demonstrated ability to analyze training gaps, track compliance and generate reports for Supervisors and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Advanced ability to create, read and present documents. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to details. Capable of multi-tasking and handling constant changes in priorities. Advanced computer skills required Proactive, self-driven and able to manage a high-volume workload. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows. Adaptable and able to support other business areas when training or documentation expertise is needed.
