Payday Loan Associate We're Hiring! We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Payday Loan Associate to join our team. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service to every customer. Assist customers with loan applications, payments, renewals, and account questions. Verify customer information and process transactions accurately. Handle cash and balance your cash drawer. Explain loan terms, fees, and repayment requirements. Maintain accurate and confidential customer records. Follow company policies, lending regulations, and compliance requirements. Make approved customer payment and account follow-up calls. Help the branch meet customer service and performance goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Customer service, retail, banking, or cash-handling experience is a plus. Strong communication and basic math skills. Comfortable using computers and handling cash. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn company procedures and lending regulations.
