Then consider our Loan Officer 2position with the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). Our Loan Officer 2 position underwrites AIDEA's loan participation and guarantee program, reviews, analyzes and structures complex credits, determines repayment ability and credit worthiness of borrower and performs collateral analysis, manages and services AIDEA's loan portfolio, including delinquencies, modifications, collections and workouts, and collaborates with borrowers, vendors, professionals and state officials. We are looking for someone who has five (5) years' experience developing, writing, and/or managing commercial or specialty loans.

have advanced experience with loan software and tax analysis programs, the ability to successfully write clearly and concisely, be detail oriented, able to create and manage a loan application without assistance and have the ability to work quickly and in a timely manner.
