We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to join our team. Experience in freight forwarding and air import/export logistics is strongly preferred. We also prefer applicants who can communicate in Mandarin Chinese as we work with many overseas clients. Responsibilities Accurately execute and oversee the freight logistics process, including booking, arranging, and tracking shipments Monitor and respond to emails, messages, and other communications in a timely and professional manner Provide customer support to direct clients and agents Issue invoices and prepare the necessary documentation for air and ocean import/export operations Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with freight forwarding operations is preferred
