In this role, you'll be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various industrial machines to ensure smooth fast-paced production flow. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are key. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to the manufacturing process. Duties Operate a variety of automated packaging machines. Perform routine inspections and adjustments on equipment to maintain optimal performance and product quality. Troubleshoot mechanical issues on industrial equipment quickly to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring proper storage and movement of raw materials and finished products. Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area. Requirements Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery such as packaging machines. Strong mechanical knowledge. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and adjustments. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience adhering to safety protocols. Hands-on experience with tooling setup, fabrication techniques, and industrial troubleshooting. fluent in English and spanish.
