Customer Success & Finance Coordinator Vessel Vanguard Fort Myers, FL Job Details Part-time From $17 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Position Summary The Customer Success & Finance Coordinator is a front-office support role that assists with day-to-day customer success, basic finance responsibilities (collections, renewals) and vessel onboarding quality checks. This person will often be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email and will help keep customer, billing, and vessel information accurate and organized. Key Responsibilities Customer Success
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails.
- Assist with basic questions such as login and account-access issues.
- Route technical or more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Document customer interactions and follow-up items in HubSpot.
- Assist with HubSpot, customer record maintenance, and other Customer Success projects.
- Help create and update user manuals, customer resources, and vessel/company information. Onboarding Support
- Perform peer reviews of newly created vessels before customer launch.
- Check vessel setup for obvious errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
- Compare vessel information against customer-provided documentation and flag needed corrections. Finance, Collections & Renewals
- Assist with routine billing follow-up.
- Track outstanding balances and send professional payment reminders.
- Document collection activity and escalate overdue accounts when needed.
- Monitor upcoming renewals and contact customers in advance of renewal dates.
- Track renewal status, customer responses, and follow-up needs in HubSpot.
- Escalate potential cancellations, billing concerns, or at-risk renewals to the appropriate team member. Qualifications
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Comfortable discussing invoices, payments, and renewals with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and changing priorities throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience with HubSpot (or another CRM), hospitality or customer service, billing, or administrative work is a plus.
