August 2026 Supplemental Job Description Looking for candidate with analytical rigour and strategic thinking to help our Real Estate teams continue to make the best place to work! As an XWS supporting the team you will analysis financials and investment decisions and help deliver accurate and insightful monthly reporting. Support financial evaluation of strategic real estate decisions inclusive of purchases, leases, and construction projects, driving analysis to provide insights Run reporting for multi-billion-dollar Opex and Capex project budgets, including PO approvals, financial planning Leverage technical tools (e.g., SQL, SAP, Anaplan) to manage complex data sets and deliver partner-tools that improve business efficiency
Description:
As a Financial Analyst, you drive and/or execute various processes such as governance models, dashboard creation, SOX controls, and predictor models for financial forecasting and planning. You help develop the plans to bring yourself and fellow project contributors to success, recognizing some of the risks and pitfalls along the way. You regularly solve complex problems for teams and can advise junior team members on the best approach. You collaborate across the Finance organization, developing deep relationships with both peers and leaders, to ensure alignment of everyone''s work in your immediate area. You possess great depth of knowledge of FP&A and/or Business Finance as well as our policies and procedures. You regularly make recommendations to management on how to optimize work for efficiency, without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities include:
Build, define, and/or maintain multiple and/or large and complex financial models that track direct and allocated spending, planning, and forecasting for deals across multiple product or finance areas. Identify areas for process improvement. Coordinate multiple components of change management. Measure and confirm effectiveness of changes implemented. Review analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations or identify opportunities to drive operational excellence, deliver insights and revenue growth. Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Manage project work and drive working groups effectively. Provide guidance to team(s) within an area to identify and mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed to management. Engage in citizenship contributions that begin to scale to teams or larger groups such as recruiting contributions and organizing diversity or community events. Review analyzed datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business. Create and clearly present financial reporting and make recommendations for a given product area, market, or team within Finance and provide insights and impactful recommendations to leadership.
