BachelorsResponsibilitiesPre-Award Support (25%) Maintain up-to-date faculty biosketches and "Other Support" documentation. Coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) submission requests and maintain internal tracking status. Complete prior approval requests, including carry-forward and advance account actions. Assist with departmental progress reports and internal grant proposals. Ensure proposal files are organized, complete, and compliant with sponsor guidelines. Post-Award & Financial Administration (75%) Assist with new grant setup and maintain proposal closeout tracking. Process subcontract invoices, travel reimbursements, journal entries, change orders, and purchase requisitions through enterprise financial software. Coordinate participant incentive payments (gift cards and subject-payment platforms) following institutional policies. Manage foreign and domestic travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reconciliation. Support general day-to-day administrative and financial activities for the department.
