1 About the Opportunity We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Pawtucket, Rhode Island area . This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary students and collaborating with educators and families to support student success. This position is full-time; part-time candidates will not be considered. Position Highlights Provide speech and language services to an elementary school caseload . Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy and support students in achieving their communication goals. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals. Participate in IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation. Potentially provide services at an additional community center within the district as needed. Work as part of a collaborative educational team focused on student success. Position runs through June 11, 2027 . Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Active Rhode Island SLP license required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Must be enrolled in the Rhode Island Medicare program . Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Passion for helping elementary students develop functional communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
