- The Senior Director works within the Financial and Analytics (FAA) team and closely with the Pharmacy Consulting Practice within Health and Benefits.
- The Role
- As a Financial Senior Director specializing in pharmacy, you will help a diverse group of clients navigate the pharmacy landscape, helping them understand find their best path in a rapidly changing environment through your work analyzing the financial impacts of different options.
- Qualifications
- + 10+ years' experience and success in the design/management of large group pharmacy benefit plans gained in a consulting, brokerage, pharmacy benefit manager or carrier environment + Strong financial skills; prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation work preferred + Bachelor's degree required, preferably with significant quantitative coursework + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint + Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills + Well organized and detail oriented + Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues + Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner + Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team + Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of the latest developments in pharmacy and broader health and benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches + State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining

- Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
- Compensation
- The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ 160,000.00 - $180, 000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
