This role has a preferred location ofHouston (TX)orMidland (MI). Will also consider other United States Diamond Infrastructure Solutions key sites. We're looking for a highly disciplined, analytically strong FP&A professional with a proven ability to define, validate, and track financial value across complex initiatives. This role sits within Diamond's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team under Finance and works cross-functionally with program leaders and business/finance partners to ensure initiative economics are sound, savings are real and sustainable, financial acumen, and value delivery is transparent and measurable. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate initiative-level performance into actionable insights for management reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities Lead definition and financial validation of initiative-level value cases, including cost flows, timing, run-rate vs. one-time impacts, and attribution across businesses and workstreams. Serve as the financial authority for value estimates, ensuring consistent methodologies, assumptions, and sign-off prior to gate progression and reporting. Track and manage value realization against targets, milestones, and phasing plans at the initiative, business, and enterprise levels. Identify financial risks, variances, and slippage to plan, and provide insight on root causes and corrective actions. Advise program leadership on progress toward financial commitments and overall value delivery. Ensure validated savings and benefits are fully integrated into management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Reconcile initiative-level value to P&L, cost centers, and financial statements, aligned with core FP&A processes. Design and maintain value governance, controls, and approval standards to ensure savings are auditable, traceable, and defensible. Align on and monitor control and sustainability mechanisms to protect realized benefits and prevent value erosion. Ensure ongoing run-rate impacts are owned, tracked, and embedded in operating plans and cost structures post-implementation. Act as a trusted thought partner to program leaders and initiative owners, translating complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights and building financial discipline across teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic planning, or related roles; experienced in enterprise risk management activities; experience in supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting strongly preferred. A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
