Proven track record of running substantial penetration numbers and overall per copy preferred. Excellent communication skills. Recent experience should include the ability to desk, arrange financing, and close the deal. Ability to set, plan, track, and meet established goals. Detail minded individual who is very organized with direction. Ability to manage complex compliance issues and processes. Conflict resolution skills. Personal and professional references supporting experience and performance. These are just some of the many skill sets required to effectively hold the position of Finance Manager.
