Qualities required for the position include: 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in an automotive retail environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex Sales and Finance operations along with the attached management and sales staff Excellent communication skills with a Transformational leadership style. Previous Sales and Finance management experience. Current experience and ability to desk, arrange financing, and close the deal. Ability to set, plan, track, and meet established goals. Detailed-minded individual who is very organized with direction. Inventory management experience. Conflict resolution skills. Personal and professional references supporting experience and performance. Diagnostic abilities with a strong focus on finding and solving process issues. A seasoned professional who can hit the ground running on day one! Toyota experience a plus! These are just some of the many skill sets required to effectively hold the Sales Manager postion.
