Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all aspects of accounting operations. The Accounting Manager oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, including the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end close. This position ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong internal controls, supervises the accounting team, and partners with operations to support business performance. Duties Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Supervise the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting staff. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses. Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements. Oversee inventory accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing accounting. Monitor cash collections, vendor payments, and working capital performance. Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies. Drive process improvements and ERP system enhancements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and special finance projects. Administer & manage Concur T&E platform and activity Record and reconcile payroll journal entries and related accounts Manage Census filings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Manufacturing accounting experience preferred. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong accounting, financial reporting, and analytical skills. Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger activities. Leadership and team development abilities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset. #CNX200
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
