Competitive pay plan designed to reward performance Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Long-term and short-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Opportunities for career growth and professional development A supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Serve as a liaison between lenders and customers to meet automotive financing needs Process lease and finance deals accurately and in a timely manner Work with lending institutions and manufacturers to secure financing options Present financing, warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection products to customers Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately at the time of vehicle delivery Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay current on available programs and products Provide the sales team with ongoing information and training regarding finance programs, options, and products Ensure transactions are completed in accordance with dealership, lender, and manufacturer requirements What We're Looking For Proven automotive sales and finance experience Previous experience in an automotive Finance Manager or similar role Knowledge of prime, subprime, and other automotive financing options Ability to read and understand credit bureau reports Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you're ready to continue growing your career in automotive finance and be part of a team focused on delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
