Job Description
About The Role As the Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing Business Partner), you will serve as the dedicated marketing leader for one or more Amplēo divisions. You'll partner closely with division leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen brand positioning, and drive revenue growth. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution. You'll own the division marketing plan, oversee campaign execution, manage the marketing budget, and coordinate with Amplēo's shared marketing resources to deliver measurable business results. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and uses data to make informed marketing decisions.
