This role involves selling and servicing insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance. Responsibilities include generating new business, building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and meeting individual and team sales goals. We offer training, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth within the agency.

Experience Required:

Insurance sales experience is preferred. A Property and Casualty license and or Life and Health insurance license is a strong plus. Candidates without experience may still be considered and trained, but licensed and experienced applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary/Wage:

Compensation based on experience and licensing status. Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities. Higher earning potential for licensed and experienced candidates.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Bilingual (Yes/No): Yes (English and Spanish)
