Job Description

Concentrix seeks a bilingual Insurance Agent to join our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services-focused CX team. In this role, you will sell and service personal lines P&C policies for leading brands, conducting thorough needs assessments and recommending tailored coverage. You'll support customers in English and Spanish via phone and digital channels, explaining policy options, processing quotes and changes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Sell and service personal lines P&C insurance products to individual customers Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to clients via phone, email, and digital channels Explain policy features, pricing, and terms clearly and compliantly Process quotes, applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately Meet or exceed sales, retention, and quality performance targets Use CRM and digital tools to document interactions and manage pipelines Collaborate with CX and operations teams to improve customer experience Stay current on carrier guidelines, products, and regulatory requirements Participate in ongoing training and certification to maintain active licenses Required Skills Personal lines property and casualty insurance knowledge Insurance sales and cross-selling Bilingual communication (English/Spanish) Customer relationship management (CRM) software Policy quoting and underwriting basics Regulatory and compliance adherence in insurance Digital and phone-based customer service Data entry and documentation accuracy Negotiation and objection handling Time management and multitasking in a high-volume setting
