Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with members by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions.
• Originate and process consumer loans, including personal, auto, and credit card products.
• Open new accounts and onboard members with a seamless and welcoming approach.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional financial products and services to meet member needs.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team performance targets related to lending and deposits.
• Provide backup support for teller functions, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards to maintain operational integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support branch initiatives and a results-driven environment.
• Maintain proficiency in systems and tools to effectively support daily branch operations.
• Generate referrals to business partners in alignment with branch objectives.
