Position Summary :
The Indirect Funding Representative will manage and finalize the loan funding process for indirect auto loans after the loan has been approved. The incumbent performs clerical support duties necessary to execute retail installment loan contracts received from the participating dealers that include data entry and verification of loans across multiple programs to calculate and disburse dealer funds.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Accurately performs data entry and processing of Indirect loan packages within a reasonable time frame to ensure all contracts are received and funded without delay. Assists in gathering information, preparation of loan applications and other documents. Performs clerical support duties to execute retail installment sales contracts with minimal errors. Review and evaluate applications submitted to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up on missing or pending documentation, working closely with dealerships and Indirect personnel to clarify any missing information as needed. Ensure all loan documents received are complete, accurate and comply with regulatory and Everwise guidelines. Verify loan conditions are met before authorizing the loan disbursement to the dealership. Accurately enter loan details into Everwise systems and maintain record keeping guidelines. Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the growth and advancement of the credit union.
Knowledge/ Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial data and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
