Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the overnight shift. This vital role combines guest relations, administrative oversight, and security responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help us deliver exceptional service around the clock, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct routine property inspections, and respond swiftly to any emergencies following established hotel procedures. Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure all records are accurate and complete for management review. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls or assisting guests remotely. Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service that enhances guest satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with front desk staff and management to ensure smooth overnight operations and address any guest concerns proactively. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent software, is essential for efficient night audit processing. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are advantageous to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and hospitality reservation systems enhances your ability to manage overnight responsibilities confidently. Proven customer service problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities—both verbal and written—are critical for success in this role.
