Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the late hours, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort or hotel setting. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and professionally during late-night hours, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately. Handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with hotel policies. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks of public areas, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial summaries for management review. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to assist guests and staff effectively. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management software and proficiency with multi-line phone systems. Exceptional attention to detail for financial audits and recordkeeping. Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment within a resort or hotel setting. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
