Part-Time Night Auditor - Hotel We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for front desk operations during the overnight shift, completing the daily audit, assisting guests, and helping ensure the property remains safe and secure throughout the night.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights 10:00 PM to 6:00

AM Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general questions. Complete the nightly audit process accurately and on time. Balance daily transactions, post charges, and prepare reports for management. Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests during the overnight shift. Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe, quiet, and welcoming environment. Communicate any guest issues, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity to management. Support light front desk and lobby duties as needed.

Requirements:

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Must be dependable and able to work overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally. Basic computer skills required. Must be detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers and reports.
