Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and changes
• Perform night audit duties as required
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist guests who speak different languages

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using hotel management software for reservations and guest information
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and billing
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
