Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the resort's amenities and services. Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone systems and ensuring all communications are handled promptly. Conduct night audits as required, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while adhering to resort policies and procedures. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided as necessary.
