Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verify billing accuracy, and prepare financial reports to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded. Perform safety inspections, and address any security concerns to uphold a secure environment for guests and staff. Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Maintain detailed logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, shift handovers, and audit documentation. Support front desk operations by assisting with reservations, room assignments, and guest relations in multiple languages if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting procedures for nightly audits. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Previous hotel experience in a hospitality environment is preferred.
