Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting the educational and emotional needs of K-12 students as a dedicated School Psychologist on a contract basis. This opportunity, conveniently near Granville, OH, offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time schedules for those passionate about making a difference across multiple school sites as an itinerant member of the team. In this position, your primary focus will be conducting comprehensive evaluations, collaborating closely with faculty, parents, and students, and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Your efforts will provide essential guidance and insight, shaping student success and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
What you bring:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist Certification Experience working with diverse student populations in a K-12 educational setting Comfort with itinerant travel between schools and adaptability to varied environments Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to conduct a range of psychological and educational assessments Collaborative spirit, effective communication style, and commitment to school-wide student well-being Day-to-day responsibilities include: Conducting psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations Developing and recommending evidence-based interventions Attending and contributing to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Consulting with educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement Documenting findings and progress in accordance with district and state guidelines This contract opportunity features compensation ranging from $45 to $53 per hour.
