Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for both hourly and salaried employees using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and audit payroll data, including timekeeping records, deductions, and employee information, to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up new team members in payroll systems and managing employee records.
- Maintain employee files in compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to prepare accurate payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Support benefits administration processes and generate payroll-related documentation as required.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to wage and hour laws, payroll compliance standards, and best practices.
- Manage administrative HR tasks such as document organization and reporting in alignment with company requirements.
