Pala Casino: Payroll Representative

Job Description

Location:
Pala, CA Prepare employee's time for the production of Pala Casino payroll checks. Prior payroll experience preferred. Input data, calculator skills; phone etiquette, and attention to detail. Personal computer experience with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, printers, telephone, FAX, and copy machine. Must read, write, speak and understand English. Bi-lingual a plus. High School diploma or GED required.
Essential Job Functions:
Process daily paperwork as needed. Rate changes, new hires, direct deposit, W4's, ect. Audit of insurance deductions received from the import from Human Resources to ensure accuracy. Audit leave of absence Team Members and ensure that missed benefit deductions are paid and reconciled. Process Team Member PTO requests on a daily basis. Prepare verification of employment and information requests from EDD with accuracy. Prepare and process final checks, including tips and miscellaneous deduction with accuracy. Provide guest service to our Team Members. Perform filing. Perform other duties as assigned.

From $22.00 per hour
